• A deposit is required to secure a booking!
• Single sex groups catered for only by arrangement.
• Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
• Rooms to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
• All accounts to be settled on arrival by, cash, cheque, credit or debit card. Cheques made payable to Babbacombe Guest House together with a cheque guarantee card covering the full amount.
• A supplement of £3 per person per night applies to ‘one night stays’.
• Single occupancy of twin or double rooms will be charged at the room rate (2xpppn) less ten pounds.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere in Babbacombe Guest House.
• The proprietors reserve the right to refuse entry, or ask any person to leave immediately, especially if causing disruption to other guests, or behaving in such a way that a breach of the peace or safety issues are likely. No refunds will be given for any stay cut short in these circumstances. All damage & breakages will be charged for.

Cancellation Clause

In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount, unless we are able to re-let the room for the originally booked period. In the event of a 'no-show' we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of the period booked.
