Rest assured though, our service is still as good as ever and in some areas we have improved even further. 

Since we took over Beech Close we have had many customers who have asked us why our guest house was called 'Beech Close' and we struggled to find an answer. After all we aren't in a close and there aren't any Beech trees nearby. Perhaps it was a mis-spelling and the orinal name was meant to be 'Beach Close' implying that the guest house is close to the beach? After all we are only 10 minutes away from the beach!

After a lot of research and thought we decided to rename Beech Close to Babbacombe Guest House. To avoid confusion we have even redirected our old Beech Close website to our new Babbacombe Guest House website. The new, improved Babbacombe Guest House will help to give all of our guests (and Taxi drivers who only know of Beech Drive in Ipplepen) an easier time in finding us rather than looking for a non-existant road in Torquay called Beech Close.
